Ferrari is on the leading edge of design and our automobiles represent the pinnacle of automotive technology and achievement at the time they are built. Ferraris should have skillful maintainance and care to be at their peak of performance and reliability. POWER helps you ensure good regular maintenance for your Ferrari through its rigorous annual checkups and the insurance it may provide against unexpected costs.

Any Ferrari automobile less than 10 years old may qualify for first enrollment in the Ferrari POWER system if it conforms to the following requirements:

	Its condition must be verified by an Authorized Ferrari Dealer through a detailed inspection*
	It must have travelled fewer than 55,926 miles (90,000 Kms) at the time of Ferrari POWER enrollment
	It must have a complete, verifiable service history including all annual service coupons in compliance with Ferrari's requirements.
	It must have been purchased from an Authorized Ferrari Dealer in North America
	It must originally have been imported to North America by Ferrari North America, Inc.
	It can have no modifications.
	It cannot have been stolen, raced, or involved in any serious accidents.

POWER coverage cannot be purchased for special series Ferraris such as the Enzo Ferrari or F50.

POWER coverage is a system consisting of three components. A Ferrari automobile will be enrolled and covered by only one of the three components at a time, depending on when it was sold as new by an Authorized Ferrari Dealer, its qualification for coverage, and the owner's preference.

To apply for Ferrari POWER coverage, please consult your Authorized Ferrari Dealer.

Due to state laws, Authorized Ferrari Dealers in Florida will perform Ferrari POWER coverage related repairs but cannot sell any Ferrari POWER coverage.

* Authorized Ferrari Dealers will determine whether a vehicle is qualified for POWER through a detailed inspection of the car and its service records including service stamps and/or coupons verifying routine and all other maintenance, which must have been performed by an Authorized Ferrari Dealer.
